老化沥青再生性能的预估分析

Abstract:

依托深圳市笋岗路大修工程的沥青路面热再生工程,建立了预估再生沥青性能的复合律方程;应用90#沥青、70#沥青和再生剂对老化沥青进行了再生试验,测定了再生沥青的粘度、针入度和软化点;进行了不同再生方法的复合律方程验证,并对不同再生方法的再生效果进行了比较。研究结果表明再生沥青的针入度、软化点和粘度指标的再生规律很强,用复合律方程去预估再生沥青的性能是可靠的;再生沥青的针入度对数与沥青(或再生剂)的掺量成正比,再生沥青的粘度对数和软化点与沥青(或再生剂)掺量成反比,这些指标都可以根据复合律方程进行内插或一定程度的外延推算,用于确定再生沥青混合料的配合比设计用量;再生剂比新沥青有更好的再生效果,高标号沥青比低标号沥青有更好的恢复能力。
