Abstract:

通过对某型号钣金型液力变矩器结构进行简化,借助Unigraphics、Gambit软件平台,结合现代计算流体力学理论,利用流体仿真软件FLUENT对变矩器内部流场进行了数值计算。结果表明这种方法的计算结果与试验结果具有很好的一致性;在启动工况和最高效率工况下,泵轮入口附近,非工作面和外环附近出现了高速高压区,工作面与外环相交处有低速低压区,涡轮的内环面与工作面相交的地方出现了脱流和回流,流道曲率变化最大的地方出现了高压区;导轮在启动工况下,非工作面上有脱流和低速区,最高效率工况下,速度和压力分布相对较好。
