片材-混凝土界面粘贴性能试验

Abstract:

为了揭示片材加固混凝土结构中片材-混凝土界面剥离破坏机理,通过12对片材粘贴试验,对混凝土强度、混凝土表面处理工艺、粘贴数量及片材种类对粘贴效果的影响进行分析,研究了片材界面粘贴机理及破坏形式,得到片材-混凝土界面粘贴机理的内在规律。研究结果表明混凝土表面处理对粘贴效果有较大影响;粘贴强度随粘贴纤维层数的增加呈非线性增长;片材强度利用率随粘贴纤维数量的增大有所降低;钢板与纤维相比粘贴效果较差。
