多孔沥青混合料旋转压实特性

Abstract:

针对现行《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》中采用马歇尔击实成型多孔沥青混合料(PAC)试件存在集料易被击碎及与路面实际碾压状态不符的缺陷,提出采用旋转压实仪(SGC)成型PAC试件,并引入闭锁点(lockingpoint)的概念,确定最佳旋转压实次数;在此基础上,对2种方法成型的试件进行了体积性能的比较,采用SGC成型过程中记录的数据对PAC的压实特性进行了分析。结果表明PAC试件采用SGC成型方法更合理;当旋转压实次数为50次左右时,PAC能够形成稳定的骨架结构,且同马歇尔50次双面击实具有相近的压实功,成型的试件具有相似的体积性能;级配良好的PAC在施工阶段的压实性能优于Superpave、AC等密级配沥青混合料,开放交通后,具有良好的抵抗变形的能力。
