水泥稳定碎石强度影响因素

Abstract:

为了揭示水泥稳定碎石强度形成机理及影响因素,分别采用静压成型方法和振动试验方法成型试件,通过室内试验,研究试件成型方式、水泥剂量、级配类型和密实度对水泥稳定碎石强度的影响规律。结果表明成型方法对试件结构尤其是矿料级配及矿料排列影响很大,振动法成型试件28d后强度接近于静压法的2.54倍;水泥剂量(质量分数)对初始强度影响效果不明显,水泥剂量小于5%时,对水泥稳定碎石极限强度影响显著,水泥剂量超过5%时,水泥剂量增加1%时极限强度提高不超过10%;骨架密实型水泥稳定碎石比悬浮密实型初始强度约增大19%,后期强度约增大10%;试件密度提高1%,水泥稳定碎石强度至少提高11%;龄期28d前水泥稳定碎石强度增长较为显著,龄期达到28d时,水泥稳定碎石强度可达到极限强度的75%以上。
