非均匀性的沥青混凝土半圆弯曲试验数值仿真

Abstract:

利用数字图像技术对沥青胶结颗粒材料CT图像进行了处理,并在此基础上建立了考虑微观结构和非均匀性的沥青混凝土半圆弯曲试验有限元模型,通过有限元分析,初步实现了在考虑微观结构的同时,利用粗集料和胶浆的力学性能对沥青胶结颗粒材料整体力学性能进行评估。计算结果表明非均匀性对半圆弯曲试验中拉应力分布和模量大小有显著的影响,粗颗粒含量(质量分数)对模量的影响更大;从圆柱试件切割出2个半圆试件进行半圆弯曲试验时,必须考虑离析对试验结果的影响。
