不同交联度环氧树脂沥青的动态力学性能

Abstract:

采用4种不同交联程度的环氧树脂沥青材料,在-30℃~70℃温度区间以固定10Hz频率进行动态热机械性能(DMA)分析。研究结果表明在-30℃~70℃温度区间,交联度高的环氧树脂沥青材料可以分成玻璃态、过渡态和橡胶态,交联度低的环氧树脂沥青材料仅呈现出玻璃态和过渡态;该温度区间内,损耗模量与损耗角正切均为单峰,其峰值均随着交联度的提高而降低;储能模量转变温度和损耗模量峰值温度二者之间基本相当,损耗角正切峰值温度较前2种温度高出14℃~17℃;拉伸试件断面的SEM显微照片显示,交联度高环氧树脂沥青试件断裂面平整光滑,交联度低环氧树脂沥青试件断裂面不规则,可以清晰观察到断裂的交联纤维段。
