松花江干流鱼体中的多环芳烃分布特征与营养级转移评估

Abstract:

采集松花江干流4个断面2种鱼类共30个鱼体样品,分析测定了沿江地区居民经常食用的鲫鱼和鲤鱼中多环芳烃(PAHs)的含量与分布特征.同时,分析了鱼体中PAHs的暴露水平与来源.结果表明,松花江干流水质中鱼体PAHs的平均浓度范围是0.008—2.337μg·kg-1脂重,其中菲是主要的污染物,鲫鱼和鲤鱼体内检出率分别为43.6%、41.4%.研究了PAHs的营养级转移,研究发现PAHs的生物放大因子范围分别是0.91—1.9和0.83—2.49,结果表明大部分污染物在食物链中出现了生物放大现象.
