Abstract:

以PVA-SbQ固定乙酰胆碱酯酶,检测蔬菜中的农药残留.对六种农药的提取效率在50%-105%之间.低于20%的丙酮和低于30%的甲醇对固定乙酰胆碱酯酶的活性具有一定的促进作用.六种农药在四种蔬菜中的检出限在0.05-0.8mg·kg-1之间.
