Abstract:

建立了固相微萃取(Solidphasemicroextraction,SPME)与气相色谱-质谱(Gaschromatographyandmassspectrometer,GC-MS)联用测定水体中16种多环芳烃的快速分析方法.对固相微萃取纤维的类型、萃取时间、萃取温度及搅拌速度等萃取条件进行了考察和优化.结果表明,最佳萃取条件为100μm聚二甲基硅氧烷(Polydimethylsiloxane,PDMS)涂层的萃取头,萃取时间40min,萃取温度35℃,搅拌速度480r·min-1.该分析方法的检测限为0.006—0.008ng·mL-1,线性范围为0.01—50ng·mL-1,线性相关系数0.9815—0.9982,RSD<10.10%.最后,采用此方法测定了太湖水体中的16种多环芳烃,实际水体加标回收率在70.31%—118.52%,在4个采样点中有2个采样点检测出萘,其他PAHs未检出.
