蜈蚣草根部对As(Ⅲ)的吸收特性

Abstract:

采用水培实验对蜈蚣草吸收As(Ⅲ)的吸收特性进行了研究,结果表明在各个处理浓度范围内,培养液中As(Ⅲ)的吸收效率随着时间递增.当处理浓度为10mg·L-1时,24h后蜈蚣草对As(Ⅲ)的吸收高达97.57%,而在处理浓度为500mg·L-1和1000mg·L-1时,蜈蚣草对As(Ⅲ)的吸收比例明显降低,吸收百分比分别仅有16.5%和3.43%.根据改良的Michaelis-Menten方程,通过作图法求出了As(Ⅲ)初始浓度为10mg·L-1时,蜈蚣草吸收动力学参数vmax值为(0.183±0.006)mg·h-1·g-1,Km值(2.590±0.080)mg·L-1.
