金属掺杂的镧锰六铝酸盐催化还原NO

Abstract:

采用共沉淀法制备了以LaMnAl11O19-δ为基础的不同金属元素掺杂的六铝酸盐催化剂LaMnMAl10O19-δ(其中M分别为Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Y、Ag、Ce),对样品进行了XRD、H2-TPR和BET表征,在CH4存在下,考察了催化剂对NO的还原反应活性.实验结果表明,以(NH4)2CO3作沉淀剂制备的前驱体,经1200℃焙烧4h后,都能形成六铝酸盐晶相;Ce掺杂时,Ce主要以CeO2相存在.与单独掺杂锰的六铝酸盐相比,掺杂第二金属元素后的催化剂比表面积有所减小,粒径有所增大.相对LaMnAl11O19-δ,LaMnMAl10O19-δ催化剂上CH4催化还原NO活性均有提高,其中LaMnCuAl10O19-δ的活性最好,其起始反应温度T10%为385℃,完全反应温度T99%为700℃.
