四种常见纳米材料对骨代谢的影响

Abstract:
探讨4种常见纳米材料(单壁碳纳米管,多壁碳纳米管,纳米银,量子点)对小鼠骨代谢的影响.选取8周龄健康昆明小鼠给予不同剂量的上述4种纳米材料,各纳米材料分别设高、中、低剂量组,溶剂对照、离子对照组,以及阳性对照组,每周3次进行腹腔注射.用药6周后检测骨破坏情况、骨生物力学改变以及血清中钙的含量.结果显示,4种纳米材料与其相应溶剂对照组相比,多壁碳纳米管溶骨发生率显著增高,高、中剂量组骨灰干重比及3个剂量组生物力学指标有显著性差异,高剂量组血清钙显著升高;单壁碳纳米管溶骨发生率上升,高、中剂量组骨灰干重比及生物力学指标降低,各组血清钙水平无显著性差异;量子点各剂量组溶骨发生率无差异,高、中剂量组骨灰干重比、最大载荷、弹性载荷降低,血清钙水平无显著性差异;纳米银各剂量组溶骨发生率未增加,灰干重比、生物力学各指标及血清钙水平无统计学差异.多壁碳纳米管长期暴露可引起小鼠溶骨性破坏、骨量下降、骨强度减低;单壁碳纳米管与量子点对骨代谢的影响不显著,纳米银不会引起骨代谢改变.
