Abstract:

利用气相色谱-质谱法研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对耐盐椒样薄荷精油产量和品质的影响.实验结果显示,在150mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫下,椒样薄荷能够保持正常生长,而200mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫显著抑制了其生长.而且200mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫明显降低了耐盐椒样薄荷的精油产量和含量.气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)的检测结果表明,200mmol·L-1NaCl胁迫改变了精油组分和含量,大大降低了椒样薄荷精油的品质.本文初步探讨了不同浓度NaCl胁迫对耐盐椒样薄荷精油产量和品质的影响,为椒样薄荷在盐渍地的开发利用提供了理论基础.
