四环素对费氏弧菌产生毒物兴奋效应(Hormesis)的时间关系和机制

Abstract:

以费氏弧菌(Vibriofischeri,V.fischeri)作为受试生物,盐酸四环素作为研究对象,测定了盐酸四环素对V.fischeri在0—24h的发光强度和细菌生长OD600的作用,并初步探讨了四环素对V.fischeri的Hormesis效应的作用机制.研究表明,盐酸四环素对V.fischeri的发光强度表现出了时间依赖型的Hormesis效应,即Hormesis效应出现在细菌生长的延滞期及平台期;根据V.fischeri的发光机制并结合量子化学计算结果,提出了盐酸四环素通过提供质子促进发光反应,从而产生Hormesis效应的可能机制.
