剖分式机械密封技术研究现状及关键问题探讨

Abstract:

对近几十年国内外剖分式机械密封的结构设计及理论研究状况进行了综述性研究,分析归纳得出剖分面密封形式包括自然断口连接密封、填充密封垫密封以及光滑面接触密封;定位方式分为断口搭接定位、外力辅助定位、定位件辅助定位、密封环座定位以及安装工具辅助定位;剖分式弹性辅助密封圈则通过搭接式、插接式、扣式以及标准件组合式连接形成整环.深入分析表明剖分式机械密封技术领域还存在结构设计不够优、理论研究不够深、测量方法不够准、性能指标未定制和制造技术需提高等问题,通过开展剖分式机械密封端面温度、变形及泄漏模型研究,建立设计方法,制定性能指标,开发有效的测试技术和高效可行的制造工艺,是解决上述问题的关键,也是未来一段时间的主要任务.
