基于吉布斯耗散理论的生物量收率模拟计算

Abstract:

随着生物化工技术的发展,生物化工研发过程日益重要.而在生物化工研发过程中,生物量收率是构成任何生物技术过程或者涉及微生物培养的实验过程的一个关键参数,因为它决定了最终生物量或者细胞浓度,必须强制对过程进行优化,以得到合理的生产率.为了研究不同因素对生物量收率的影响,以有氧呼吸、厌氧发酵等实际培养过程为例,利用热力学分析方法选取吉布斯耗散ΔrGx同微生物生长过程的关键参数YX/S进行了关联和分析.在此基础上,通过对已知实验数据的分析和回归,将生长吉布斯耗散ΔrGx同碳源的一些参数,比如碳链长度及还原度等进行了关联,最终得到一个基于吉布斯耗散理论的生物量收率模拟计算模型,并取得了理想的预测效果.
