Abstract:

智能维护技术可使企业的设备/产品获得接近于零的故障停机/失效率,它已被美国《财富》杂志评为未来制造业最热的三项技术之一。本文描述了Web驱动的智能电子维护技术的发展蓝图和体系结构,深入分析了Web驱动的应需式远程监测,数据的采集、转换、优化、同步和性能退化评估三项关键技术,介绍了电子信息平台D2BTM和性能退化评估工具WatchdogAgentTM等的最新研究成果,展望了该技术在制造业和服务业的应用前景。
