基于三维体素模型的功能梯度材料信息建模

Abstract:

以快速成型技术为背景,提出了一种基于体素模型的功能梯度材料/零件建模方法。根据八叉树结构,将复杂CAD模型离散为精确的26-邻接体素模型,选取点、线或面作为参考特征,以数字距离变换为手段,计算体素中心到特征点、线或面的最短欧氏距离,选取适当的以此距离为变量的材料组分分布函数,建立起复杂零件的功能梯度材料模型,实验证实了本方法的有效性。
