面向工程系统研制的可制造性评价策略研究

Abstract:

在工程系统研制中,产品可制造性评价研究面临的主要问题是研制过程的复杂性、系统结构的复杂性、创新性和制造的高风险性,可制造性评价的目标是解决和控制制造风险。针对可制造性评价面临的问题,根据系统论和工程系统论原理和方法,提出了一种可制造性评价策略。该评价策略包括阶段化的可制造性评价过程和层次化的评价内容。
