常压法合成低温热膨胀微球

Abstract:
通过在丙烯腈、丙烯酸甲酯聚合体系中添加乙酸乙烯酯为第三单体,以正己烷为发泡剂,在常压下采用悬浮聚合制备了低温热膨胀微球(TEMS).激光粒度仪、微分热重(DTG)和热机械分析(TMA)结果表明,合成的热膨胀微球具有良好低温发泡性能;丙烯腈添加份数增到7时微球发泡Dmax可达1661μm,但份数增至8时微球粒径过大、聚合物外壳分相加剧反而对微球发泡不利;丙烯酸甲酯添加份数低至1时会使聚合物外壳分相加剧并导致微球受热膨胀即破;乙酸乙烯酯的添加可以明显提高微球发泡Dmax.扫描电镜(SEM)结果表明,当交联剂用量为单体质量的0.46%时,正己烷量的变化不影响微球形貌,当交联剂用量降至0.26%或0时,微球形貌随着正己烷量的增加由凹瘪状向球形过渡,球形的微球具有更快的发泡速度及更高的发泡Dmax.
