含螺噁嗪类基团聚合物的合成及光致变色性能研究

Abstract:

合成了3种新型螺噁嗪类化合物(SP1~SP3),其分子结构中分别带有不同碳链长度的同类型取代基—(CH2)nBr;利用其活性基团C-Br与部分水解的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(hPMMA)反应制备了含SP1~SP3官能基的PMMA光致变色功能高分子材料(SP1~SP3-hPMMA).采用1H-NMR和IR对SP1~SP3结构进行了表征.研究了SP1~SP3及SP1~SP3-hPMMA的光致变色性能及其影响因素;研究了酸的加入和PMMA的水解率对SP1~SP3-hPMMA光致变色性能及热稳定性的影响.研究结果表明,与SP1、SP2比较,含最长碳链的SP3表现出优良的光敏感性和热稳定性;SP1~SP3-hPMMA的热稳定性均明显高于相应的SP1~SP3;盐酸的加入有利于提高SP-hPMMA的热稳定性;以水解率为9%的PMMA制备的SP3-9%hPMMA具有优异的光致变色性能和热稳定性.
