一种含氟聚氨酯的聚合诱导自组装行为研究

Abstract:
利用2,3,4,5,5,5-六氟-2,4-双(三氟甲基)戊基甲基丙烯酸酯(FDPMA)聚合前后溶解性的差异,研究其在与端双键聚氨酯低聚物聚合过程中的自组装行为.通过两步反应制备端双键聚氨酯低聚物(DCU),然后通过自由基反应制备出含氟聚氨酯(FU).FU的聚合过程和典型的乳液聚合类似,聚合初期有蓝光效应,然后会逐渐形成稳定的乳液.利用动态光散射(DLS)研究了自组装微粒随着反应时间的变化趋势.通过透射电镜(SEM)对形成的自组装结构的研究进一步证实了FU在聚合的过程中会形成稳定的纳米结构,但是这种纳米结构受各组分含量的影响较大,导致其结构在脱去溶剂固化的过程中会发生变形或二次组装,形成各种形态的纳米或微米结构.利用透射电子显微镜(TEM)证明了这些自组装生成的纳米微球具有明显的核壳结构.所有结果证明FDPMA聚合前后溶解性的差异可以作为一种有效的手段来制备和调控自组装纳米结构.
