生物可降解温度敏感性水凝胶用于甲状旁腺相关肽的可控释放

Abstract:
通过以两端带有碳碳双键的聚己内酯为生物可降解交联剂,N-异丙基丙烯酰胺为单体,通过自由基共聚合成了生物可降解的温度敏感性水凝胶,研究了此水凝胶体系在不同温度下的溶胀率及通过对其透光率的测试研究了水凝胶体系的温度响应性.以此水凝胶体系作为载体研究了PTHrP1-34(甲状旁腺相关肽)在不同温度下的体外药物释放行为.体外模拟释放表明,此水凝胶载药体系能实现PTHrP1-34长达13天的持续释放,基于PTHrP1-34具有能够增加成骨细胞活性和数量并能促进骨形成的作用,同时这种有益效果取决于低剂量及间歇给药的方式.
