一种卤键高分子多层膜的层层组装及其稳定性的提高

Abstract:

设计合成了聚甲基丙烯酸2-(4-碘-2,3,5,6-四氟苯氧基)乙酯(PIPEMA)和聚甲基丙烯酸3-(3-吡啶基)丙酯(PPyPMA),经过层层组装和随后的紫外可见光谱的检验,发现可以在丙酮和丁酮中组装PIPEMA/PPyPMA卤键多层膜,但是当以四氢呋喃(THF)或氯仿为组装溶剂时未能获得多层膜.另外,在丁酮中组装的卤键多层膜在pH3~13的水溶液中稳定存在,然而在THF、氯仿和吡啶中的脱附率大于97%.为了提高多层膜在有机溶剂中的稳定性我们采取了两条途径(1)以1,3-二溴丙烷为交联剂的多层膜的交联使其在THF中的脱附率小于6%;(2)采用同时具有氢键给体和卤键给体的共聚物代替PIPEMA进行组装使多层膜在THF中的脱附率降低至46%.
