丙烯酸酯型UV固化聚合物改性层状双氢氧化物纳米复合材料的制备及性能研究

Abstract:
采用先插层后接枝的“两步法”,将十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和半加成物异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯-丙烯酸羟乙酯(IPDI-HEA)先后引入层状双氢氧化物(LDH)中,制备得到层间含有UV固化型丙烯酸酯基团的有机改性LDH.随后在UV光辐照下,LDH层间丙烯酸酯活性基团参与UV固化反应,通过原位聚合法得到完全剥离的聚合物/LDH纳米复合材料.通过X-射线衍射(XRD)和红外分析(FTIR)证明了LDH的插层改性结构;透射电镜(TEM)证实了LDH以纳米级剥离分散于聚合物基体中.并对复合材料的热稳定性和机械性能进行了研究,发现当LDH在复合材料中含量为5%时,起始分解温度较纯聚合物上升64.6K,最终残余量从4.0%上升到8.7%,而拉伸强度也从原来的8.5MPa上升至14.7MPa,其综合性能远优于未复合LDH的UV固化型聚合物.
