静电纺苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物纳米纤维膜固载过氧化物酶及处理多酚性能研究

Abstract:

首先采用无皂乳液聚合法获得了含有羧基官能团的聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸共聚物(poly(styrene-co-methacrylicacid),PSMAI),然后利用静电纺丝技术制备了PSMAI纳米纤维.并以酰胺结合的方式,在PSMAI纤维表面固载辣根过氧化物酶(HRP).采用SEM、FTIR等手段表征了PSMAI纤维的表面微观形貌和化学特性.研究了HRP在纤维表面的固载时间与酶活性的定量关系,对比分析了酶固载前后的热稳定性,存储稳定性和PH稳定性.并以邻甲氧基苯酚作为水体污染的模型物,考察了固载HRP对邻甲氧基苯酚的去除效率.结果表明固载后的HRP相比游离HRP环境适应性能有较大提升.固载化HRP对邻甲氧基苯酚(OMP)催化反应120min去除效率达80.2%,明显高于自由HRP去除效率(50%),有望应用于酚类水体污染的治理.
