海洋多氯二酮哌嗪的分子结构研究, PP. 90-93 Keywords: 红外分光光度法,Ｘ射线衍射分析,质谱法,核磁共振谱法,构型,构象,海绵,多氯二酮哌嗪,倔酰胺 Abstract: 从中国南海采集的倔海绵(Dysideafragilis)中分离得一种新的不饱和多氯二酮哌嗪-倔酰胺E(dysamideE).通过波谱分析及与倔酰胺C(dysamideC)进行比较而确定其化学结构,通过X射线单晶衍射分析了含两个双键的多氯二酮哌嗪衍生物的构蠤34Previously,5polychlorinateddiketopiperazineswereisolatedfromthemarinespongeDysideafragilis.Thispaperreportsanotherdiunsatd.polychlorinateddiketopiperazine,dysamideE(I)isolatedfromthesamemarinesponge.CompoundI,C14H16Cl6N2O2,iscolorlessneedles.ThestructureofIwasdeducedbyspectroscopicmethod.Theboatconformationofitsgeometricisomer,dysamideC,studiedbyx-raydiffractionanal.isdescribed.
