Abstract:

元素铁因其在地球早期环境演化和在海洋初级生产力中的重要角色,是目前全球变化与地球化学研究的热点.铁元素的相态分析,对于深入了解其在环境中迁移、转化及生物的吸收利用,都具有重要意义.回顾沉积物中铁的化学相态分析方法发展过程,从早期的简单相态分析(degreeof pyritization,DOP),元素的顺序提取法(Tesser方法),到Raiswell和Poulton等学者提出针对Fe元素特定的相态分析法等.重点介绍较为常用的三步提取法和其在表生地球化学研究中的应用;结合目前国际上铁地球化学循环研究进展,提出Fe的化学相态分析的改进建议.
Iron geochemistry has rapidly attracted great interest for global change research over the last two decades due to its significant role in the evolution of earth environment and in marine primary productivity. The speciation of particulate iron is critical for better understanding of iron transformation, transitivity and bioavailability. This paper systematically reviews the analytical development of lowtemperature particulate Fe speciation, including the degree of pyritization (DOP), Tessiers sequential extraction method, and specific iron extraction procedure.
