锂低硅铝比(Li-LSX)沸石交换母液中锂离子的回收(Ⅱ)——反萃取及萃取剂循环利用工艺研究

Abstract:

Li-LSX分子筛交换后母液中的Li+(0.04mol/L)经磷酸三丁酯(TBP)萃取进入有机相.采用盐酸为反萃剂,对萃取之后有机相中的Li+进行反萃,并考察了反萃相比、盐酸浓度、温度等因素对反萃过程的影响规律,得到了适宜的反萃条件:相比1∶1、盐酸浓度5mol/L以上、温度为室温.同时对萃取剂的循环利用和该方法的工业应用前景进行了初步探讨.
