基于CT图像的胸主动脉瘤模型构建及分析

Abstract:

三维重建基于CT的胸主动脉瘤有限元模型并进行血流动力学数值模拟,为分析胸主动脉瘤的血流动力学机理及其临床治疗提供理论依据.依据临床胸主动脉瘤患者CT数据,结合MIMICS11数字化影像处理软件,获取胸主动脉瘤的优化表面模型.随后导入ANSYSICEMCFD11.0进行胸主动脉瘤模型的有限元网格划分.最后在ANSYSCFX11.0中完成胸主动脉瘤的血流动力学分析.建立了临床上适用于胸主动脉瘤患者血流动力学分析的有限元模型.获得了个性化胸主动脉瘤模型中血液流场的流线、速度矢量、血管壁面压力和血管壁面切应力的分布和变化.模型具有数字化、个性化特征,可用于胸主动脉瘤血液动力学计算,分析临床胸主动脉瘤患者动脉瘤的破裂机理.
