液压减振器动力学模型对车辆性能的影响

Abstract:

利用Rebrouck建模方法,建立了液压减振器的动力学模型,该模型反映了位移、速度、加速度、频率和温度等因素对减振器阻尼力的影响.使用Levenberg-Marquardt优化算法,利用某型号ATV(allterrainvehicle)右后减振器试验数据对活塞阀特性参数进行了辨识,模型计算值和试验数据吻合良好.将该减振器动力学模型以S-function的形式集成到CarsimTM的某E-class整车模型中,在扫频路面和双移线工况下研究了减振器动力学模型和速度-阻尼力曲线模型对车辆动力学响应的影响.
