变载荷下Klingelnberg锥齿轮接触迹线规律

Abstract:

基于克林根贝尔格锥齿轮齿面加工原理,建立齿面方程,用拟Newton法在MATLAB中进行齿面方程离散,构建克林根贝尔格锥齿轮的几何模型;基于变载荷接触有限元分析原理,应用Abaqus仿真克林根贝尔格锥齿轮在变载荷情况下的轮齿啮合状态,并研究其接触迹线变化,给出载荷变化与轮齿接触迹线变化之间的关系;根据克林根贝尔格锥齿轮高重合度,提取3对啮合轮齿模型,研究其在轻载、中载、重载下接触迹线变化情况.结果表明:随着载荷的增大接触椭圆的面积逐渐增大,且接触椭圆的形状、倾斜方向、位置也随载荷的增大而发生变化;接触迹线移动方向由水平方向逐渐变为沿对角方向,根据受力后接触面移动规律,可预先将接触区调在小端,这样可提高齿轮的承载能力.
