基于遗传算法和自适应的印刷色彩模糊控制

Abstract:

针对印刷过程中被控对象因受工作环境影响而具有大滞后性、模型不确定性和时变性的特点,在满足色彩质量要求的情况下,为了尽量减少印刷调整次数,首先,基于印刷色彩质量控制的理论模型设计了T-S型模糊控制器;然后,采用遗传算法对模糊控制器的初始控制规则进行优化,使初始控制规则更逼近理论模型;最后,针对1次模糊控制产生的大误差提出了控制规则的自适应调整方法.实例分析证明:调整方案有效,从理论上实现了对印刷机进行不超过2次的调整,就可使色彩质量满足要求,提高了系统的控制精度,可用于指导实际印刷过程.
