城市客运交通碳排放水平估算及低碳途径——以天津市为例

Abstract:

从生命周期的角度,对城市客运交通各种出行方式进行碳排放计量.在明确了碳排放计量标准的基础上,以小汽车出行方式为例,对确定分析系统的边界、进行清单分析以及建立计算模型3个步骤进行了说明,分析了小汽车出行方式生命周期内温室气体的排放情况及其演化过程.此外,对比了自行车、电动自行车、常规公交、地铁、出租车以及小汽车出行方式之间温室气体单位里程的排放情况.提出了城市低碳交通发展途径,结合问卷调查和多项Logit模型对行政管理政策和定价收费政策进行了定量研究.
