铁磁体/碳复合材料红外衰减性能

Abstract:

制备研究了掺杂锰、钴、镍的含锌铁磁体/碳复合纳米材料,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪采用KBr压片法测试了它们在波长2.5~25μm的红外透过率,根据朗伯-比尔定律计算了质量消光系数.结果表明:锰锌铁磁体/碳复合材料和钴锌铁磁体/碳复合材料随着焙烧温度的升高质量消光系数先增大后降低;锰锌铁磁体/碳复合材料于800℃焙烧后在8~14μm波段质量消光系数能达0.1m2/g.700℃焙烧后,钴锌铁磁体/碳复合材料质量消光系数在3~5μm波段达0.2m2/g,在8~14μm波段能达0.25m2/g;镍锌铁磁体/碳复合材料在焙烧后其8~14μm远红外波段的消光性能得到加强,质量消光系数达0.17m2/g,但是3~5μm波段质量消光系数由原来的0.5m2/g降低到了0.15m2/g.
