考虑用户风险态度的不确定离散交通网络设计模型

Abstract:

为克服传统网络优化不考虑不确定条件下用户选择行为的问题,作者以交通供给和需求不确定性为基本前提,根据期望效用理论建立考虑用户风险态度的不确定交通网络设计模型,给出了基于MonteCarlo模拟、遗传算法和间隙函数法的网络优化模型的求解方法,并给出了算例.NguyenDupuis网络的计算结果表明用户的风险态度对于不确定网络建设决策有重要影响.
