高锰酸钾预氧化/溶气气浮/炭砂滤池组合工艺处理引黄水库水的试验研究

Abstract:

针对引黄水库水体呈现冬季低温低浊,夏季高藻、高有机物的水体特征,以济南鹊山引黄水库原水为研究对象,开发了高锰酸钾预氧化/溶气气浮/炭砂滤池组合工艺,考察了工艺的运行参数及特性.试验结果表明,在KMnO4投加量0.3mg/L、聚合氯化铝铁(PAFC)投加量3.0mg/L(Al3+)、溶气压力0.3MPa,回流比10%时,运行效果较优,浑浊度、颗粒数、TOC、叶绿素a、蓝绿藻平均去除率分别达到94.45%、99.34%、46.68%、66.64%、95.44%,嗅味由原水的4级降为出水的1.5级,二甲基异冰片(MIB)去除率92.47%,土臭素(GSM)在气浮池单元降至检出限以下.工艺对THMFP各组成部分CHCl3、CHBr3、CHClBr2、CHCl2Br去除率分别为42.86%、37.50%、30.30%、24.09%.试验结果表明,组合工艺对悬浮物、有机物、藻类、嗅味物质、消毒副产物前体物具有良好的去除效果.
