基于LCD和Teager能量算子的滚动轴承故障诊断

Abstract:

提出了一种基于局部特征尺度分解和Teager能量算子包络解调的滚动轴承故障诊断方法.首先,在定义具有物理意义瞬时频率的单分量信号———内禀尺度分量(intrinsicscalecomponent,ISC)的基础上介绍了一种全新的信号自适应分解方法———局部特征尺度分解(localcharacteristic-scaledecomposition,LCD).然后,在滚动轴承故障模拟试验台上采集振动信号,并对信号进行局部特征尺度分解,将其分解成为若干个内禀尺度分量,之后对包含故障信息的ISC进行能量算子包络解调,从而得到轴承故障的特征频率.实验和工程实践的轴承故障信号分析结果表明:该方法可以准确识别滚动轴承的故障,可以应用于工程实践.
