异种材料连接中表面预处理及对接头强度影响的研究进展

Abstract:

综述了异种材料连接中表面预处理及表面状态对接头强度影响的研究,认为:1)在异种材料连接时,在母材表面沉积一层与母材或钎料之间具有良好固溶度的活性金属,能增强异种材料之间的界面反应,提高接头强度;2)通过改善母材表面的物理、化学或力学性能,可提高母材表层元素的活性,增加扩散能力,减少接头中的脆性相,从而提高接头强度.
