大型齿轮箱回转支承故障诊断

Abstract:

高炉无料钟炉顶传动齿轮箱工况恶劣,在重载、高温、灰尘和高炉煤气的复合作用下长年运行,为防止其突发故障,在设备运行期间对其进行了振动和油脂检测,并采用频谱和光谱手段对数据进行分析处理;在设备解体后对故障部件进行了材质化验,研究表明:大多数炉顶传动齿轮箱停止运行是由于回转支承卡死造成的,回转支承卡死的原因之一是保持架破损,之后轴承滚柱在运动过程中发生错位,个别滚柱的运动状态由滚动变为滑动.最后造成滚柱因相互之间挤压而产生破损,导致齿圈的转动严重受阻甚至卡死.
