几种光催化空气净化器的性能测试分析

Abstract:

为了对目前市场上出现的光催化空气净化器性能进行客观评价,对引进的3台进口、1台国产光催化空气净化器样机的结构及性能进行了详细的分析和检测.检测实验在4m3的玻璃密封仓内进行,应用美国Inter-scan公司生产的HCHO在线分析仪,采用逐层分析的方法,对不同净化器的内部结构层进行了污染物HCHO的降解性能实验,结果发现,由于净化器催化剂层的成膜方法及结构设计的不同,导致目前市场上出现的高科技产品--纳米光催化空气净化器在性能上存在着严重的问题.同时提出了一种评价净化器性能的方法,利用洁净空气量及污染物降解90%所需时间可以对净化器性能进行客观评价.
