基于LabVIEW的内燃机缸压采集与分析系统开发与实验验证

Abstract:

为了能通过分析气缸压力来研究内燃机的燃烧状况,基于LabVIEW开发了一套内燃机缸压数据采集和分析软件.采集软件实现LabVIEW和采集卡之间的通讯,获取缸压和曲轴转角信号.分析软件采用倒拖法确定上止点,基于缸压和曲轴转角信号分析燃烧过程,得到示功图和放热率曲线.利用开发的软件采集了HCCI发动机的气缸压力和曲轴转角信号,并进行了燃烧分析.结果表明该软件能满足燃烧分析功能的基本要求.
