操作条件对超滤姬松茸多糖的影响

Abstract:

利用标准化因子多元线性回归方法定量研究了操作压力、浓度和温度对超滤膜方法分离姬松茸多糖的膜通量及截留率的影响并建立了相应的数学关系式.研究结果表明:1)对通量而言,压力、浓度和温度均是显著性影响因素,其中压力和温度为正贡献、浓度为负贡献,影响程度依次为:浓度(78.3%)>压力(16.61%)>温度(5.09%);2)对截留率而言,压力和浓度是显著性影响因素,温度是影响因素但不是显著性影响因素,压力和温度为负贡献、浓度为正贡献,影响程度依次为:压力(47.35%)>浓度(42.7%)>温度(9.95%);3)得到了膜通量(J)及截留率(R)与压力(P)、质量浓度(p)和温度(T)之间的定量关系式.
