“Y”形流管无阀压电泵流场分析

Abstract:

为使"Y"形流管无阀压电泵真正应用到输血、输液等医疗、卫生诸领域,对"Y"形流管无阀压电泵进行了理论研究,建立了压电泵的控制方程,并对"Y"形流管内及整泵内的流场状态进行了模拟分析,利用有限元法及试验方法得到的"Y"形流管压强损失系数相差不大,证明了模拟结果的正确性.模拟结果表明,泵腔内压强变化很小,其流管内压强变化随支管夹角增大而趋于平缓,流管与泵腔交汇处有较小的涡漩存在,且其正反向压强损失系数均随支管夹角的增大而增大,因此,制作"Y"形流管无阀压电泵时,应采用支管夹角较大的"Y"形流管,并在流管与泵腔交叉处加工小圆以减小泵内涡漩.
