印刷机递纸牙轴扭振测试方法

Abstract:

针对印刷机递纸牙轴的扭振问题,提出了采用编码器来测量摆动轴扭转角的方法,研制出测量扭转角的数据采集和处理系统以及相应的软件.利用所开发的测试系统,以自行研制的摆动轴扭振试验台为测试对象,应用ZonicBook/618E数据采集设备,在试验台上对摆动轴的扭振进行了测试,分析了测试数据,并给出了分析结果.结果表明,该方法可实现对于摆动轴扭振信号的测量.
