微束等离子喷涂氧化锆涂层的生物活性研究

Abstract:

采用微束等离子喷涂(MPS)技术,在Ti-6Al-4V基体上制备了氧化钇稳定化氧化锆(YSZ)涂层,并通过观察涂层在模拟体液(SBF)中浸泡后表面磷灰石的生长情况以评估其生物活性.利用光学显微镜、SEM和XRD对浸泡前后涂层形貌、相组成进行了研究.结果表明:使用MPS方法可以制备ZrO_2涂层;XRD分析显示涂层中ZrO_2主要以四方相存在;SEM观察发现涂层表面较粗糙且存在孔隙;涂层截面的片层结构比较紧密;在SBF中浸泡4周后,涂层表面局部有磷灰石薄膜形成,说明涂层具有一定的生物活性.
