通用电子设备舱用热虹吸管均热器性能

Abstract:

为保证有效散热,同时防止有害、潮湿的气体及粉尘等进入,将热虹吸管均热器用于通用电子设备舱,对不同热流功率(800~1200W)和不同环境温度(39~53℃)下热虹吸管均热器的散热特性进行试验研究.结果表明,热虹吸管均热器散热性能良好,除风机外无需任何附加动力消耗;不同热流功率、不同环境温度下,舱内外气流温差低于20℃时,热虹吸管均热器均能使舱内的气流温度不超过65℃;电子设备舱内外气流温差在11~17℃,适合内外温差为15℃左右的散热场合;热虹吸管均热器能效比(energyefficiencyratio,EER)为普通空调器的2~3倍,而成本为普通空调器的1/3~1/2,运行可靠性高.
