三种不同结构微混合器的性能分析及压损比较

Abstract:

对平面内非对称圆形通道、扇形通道及错位通道3种不同结构类型的微混合器的混合特性进行了数值模拟和分析,讨论在不同雷诺数下,通道几何结构参数对微混合器混合强度及通道压力损失的影响.研究结果表明:在雷诺数大于10时,3种类型微混合器混合强度均随雷诺数增大而增大;在不同雷诺数下,错位通道微混合器混合效果最佳,但其压力损失会相对增大.
