过滤方式对浸没式超滤膜出水水质和膜污染的影响

Abstract:

运行条件是影响超滤膜过滤性能的重要因素,针对这一问题,以东江水源水为研究对象,系统考察恒定水头和恒定通量2种过滤方式对浸没式超滤膜出水水质和膜污染的影响.中试结果表明,恒定水头和恒定通量2种过滤条件下,超滤膜对颗粒物和有机物的去除效果相差不大.在长期运行过程中,恒定水头过滤引起的不可逆膜污染比恒定通量过滤条件下严重,通过选择合理的膜通量和清洗方式,采用恒定通量过滤可使膜系统在较长时间内保持稳定运行.
